What we need from you to implement the Review Funnel
Questionnaire
To create a questionnaire for collecting users’ reviews on the Product Page in the Review Center, we
need basic information about your company and your product that are needed to create the
questionnaire. Please fill the basic information we need in this Questionnaire for collecting reviews
on the Modrý koník.
It is necessary to fill in the above mentioned questionnaire at least 2 weeks before the planned launch of the Review Funnel.
Notice
In case of not filling the above mentioned questionnaire within the specified time, you agree to an
aliquot shortening of the campaign (time, number of ad impressions, etc.), while you are still
oblige to pay the full payment according to the sales order.
